Use as a warm, leave-on joint massage oil.
1. Warm the oil
Stand the bottle in a cup or bowl of hot water until the oil is pleasantly warm. This improves spreadability and supports deeper tissue absorption.
2. Apply to affected joints
Pour a small amount into your palm and massage over the joints that feel stiff or sore (e.g. knees, hips, wrists, fingers, ankles or spine). Use gentle, circular motions around the joint and long strokes above and below it.
3. Work slowly into tight or painful areas
Spend a few extra minutes on spots that feel particularly tight, crackly or tender. Add a little more oil if needed.
4. Let it absorb
Leave the oil on for at least 30–60 minutes; many people prefer to leave it on longer or overnight over small areas for deeper support. You can wrap or cover the joint with a light cotton cloth or old clothing and, optionally, apply gentle warmth (for example, a warm wheat bag or hot water bottle) for 10–15 minutes to enhance penetration.
5. Wipe if needed
If any excess remains, simply wipe with a warm, damp cloth. A complete shower is optional; it is not necessary to wash off all traces of oil. Use older towels or clothing, as the oil may stain fabrics.
How often?
Use once or twice daily on problem areas during flare-ups, or several times a week for ongoing joint support, as advised by your practitioner.
Note
For external use only. Contains medicated oil and camphor; avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.
